Plain terms, in plain English.
Effective July 13, 2026
These terms govern your use of alephandaleph.com. They’re short, and they mean what they say.
What this site is
This website is operated by Aleph and Aleph, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. It exists to describe the practice and to let you get in touch.
Information, not advice
Everything on this site — including any articles, examples, and figures like the illustrative margin breakdown — is general information, not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation. Numbers shown for illustration are exactly that: illustrations. Don’t make business decisions based on a website; make them based on your own books and, where appropriate, professional advice engaged for the purpose.
No client relationship
Visiting this site, reading its content, or sending an inquiry does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when we both sign an engagement letter that defines scope, responsibilities, and fees. Until then, please don’t send confidential financial information.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding of this site belong to Aleph and Aleph, LLC. You’re welcome to link to it and to quote briefly with attribution. Republishing substantial portions, or using the brand in a way that implies affiliation, requires written permission.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, probe its infrastructure, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it for anything unlawful. This should go without saying, and now it also goes with saying.
Third-party links
Where this site links to external services or resources, those are provided for convenience. I don’t control them and am not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided as-is. While I aim for accuracy, I make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of its content, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Aleph and Aleph, LLC is not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its general content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
